  • 2 large cucumbers cut into cubes
  • 12 oz grape or cherry tomatoes
  • ¾ red onion sliced onion
  • 8 oz feta cheese


  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic & herb
  • ½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped


  • To begin, wash the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.

  • Next, chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes and slice the red onions.

  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette together.

  • Pour the vinaigrette dressing onto the salad and stir in the Feta cheese last. Serve the salad cold.
