Equipment

  • Blender or Thermomix

Ingredients

  • 125 g cranberries
  • 80 g oat flakes
  • 80 g dates
  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 50 g peanut butter
  • 30 g nuts

Metric – US Customary

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix bowl and ground them for 15 seconds on speed 7. If using a blender, use maximum speed.
  • Shape the mixture into balls by hand and refrigerate for an hour and a half til they harden.
  • These will keep for up to 10 days refrigerated in a lidded container.
