For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For the Pasta

  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 2 tbsps garlic minced
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup pasta water
  • parsley to garnish

Spices For the Pasta

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper


  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and swirl to coat the pan. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through. Transfer the shrimp to a plate and set aside.
